Rachel Garton, initiator of Soon 2 Be
I have been making my own greeting cards and invitations for many years now as I
could never find exactly what I wanted in retail stores and preferred to put my
own personal touch on them when presenting them to family members.

This has proven to be a very rewarding experience as most people tend to appreciate a homemade card rather than a bulk manufactured one. It can also work out to be cheaper in many ways.
It was when I was at the 2007 Bridal Expo that I first decided to go ahead with starting my own business. My mother and I had wandered around all the stalls and had not found a single one dedicated to invitations. We later discovered that there had not been one for at least two years, which prompted me to do something about it.
The aim at Soon 2 Be is to provide quality products with a personal touch at a price to suit all budgets, and also to deal honestly and fairly in every situation.

Opening Job
My first formal job was for a friends 21st birthday. I tried to use as many combinations of different materials as I could to get a realistic idea of pricing. My friend also wanted to have a theme to match her nickname. Below is some of the fun I had coming up with a suitable design to match the given theme.
